Dip/roll clean fillets in bowl of bread crumbs until covered. Place fillets on tray. Broadcast extra bread crumbs over fillets. Broadcast 1/2 cap of Adobo (or prefered seasoning over fillets. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over fillets. Place tray in oven for 20 min. Ranch dressing makes a nice dipping sauce.
